Terms and Conditions for Prime Photo Booth SMS Services

Last Updated: May 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the SMS media delivery services provided by Prime Photo Booth at our photo booth kiosks. By entering your mobile phone number at our kiosk, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description & Purpose

Prime Photo Booth operates a mobile messaging program utilized strictly during live events. When you interact with our digital photo booth kiosk, you may opt to receive your captured digital media (such as photos, GIFs, or videos) sent directly to your mobile device via a one-time text message containing the media file or a link to an online gallery.

2. Message Frequency

This program operates on a strictly transactional, single-delivery basis. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the photo booth; you will receive exactly one (1) text message per unique request submitted at the kiosk. We do not send recurring marketing messages or subscription alerts.

3. Cost and Data Rates

Prime Photo Booth does not charge a premium fee for sending text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your wireless plan.

4. Opt-Out (STOP Instructions)

Although our messages are single transactional deliveries, you can opt out of any future communications from our number at any time. To unsubscribe, simply reply STOP to any text message received from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-initiate a text request at one of our kiosks.

5. Support (HELP Instructions)

If you experience issues receiving your media or need assistance with our text delivery service, you can reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact our support team directly.

6. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy Policy

Your wireless data and phone number are handled with the utmost security. Please review our full Privacy Policy to see how we protect and manage your information.
